How do I make an elecrtonic Signature?

Here is one of many tips !
You can use this to sign off your documents, Host Managers also need to sign off on your Daily Weekly Logs etc.  

How do I use the attendance reports?

Navigate to the Reports section from the dashboard. Use the filters (Today, Week, Month, All, Email, Company) to refine results. Export buttons let you download CSV or PDF versions.

What does the “GO” filter do?

The “Go” filter removes date restrictions but still respects company, email, and month dropdown filters if selected.

How do I export data?

Click the Export CSV or Export PDF buttons in the filter bar. The export will include all active filters.

Who can access these reports?

Interns need this to create logbooks to present to educational institutions as Work-place Experience to Graduate.

Host may need reports to see what interns are busy, what they are doing and allocate them to tasks or projects.

Our Accounts department use these reports for Payroll reasons.

Leave
There is actually no leave. Maternity, as you can work from home is considered light duty...
For those if you on an 18 month program, there is compulsory paid leave in December when the company closes for the seasonal festivities.
Should you need to go for an interview, mark it as such on your Daily Log and you will be pardoned.
Should you need to attend a funeral, log it as such on your Phone App.

Stipends
Payroll usually runs on the 25th of each month Workday permitting. (so if 25th is on a Sunday you may only receive your stipend on the following Monday.
