The first step is to report and get a reference number.
Thereafter please forward the reference number, location and closest intersection to me via whatsapp or SMS on 081 451 3308 for escalation.
A location drop pin and photo will also assist, if possible.
Should urgent repairs be required, due to road safety, then please provide me with the details and report thereafter.
The purpose of the above procedure is to expedite repairs, as and when required, in addition to existing and ongoing maintenance by the Municipality.
